The Member-at-Large will do the following:
Per Article III of the WSASEA By-Laws, the duties of the Member-at-Large are: "The Member-at-Large shall be an assistant to the President; serve as a voting member of the Executive Board; serve as Co-Chairperson of the Nominating Committee; serve as a representative of the PR Committee; serve on such other committees as appointed."

The main duties of the Member-at-Large are defined by each Executive Board to include duties that will best help the Board succeed in their stated yearly objectives. This position is intended to help out wherever needed on the Board, and is expected to attend all board meetings (see schedule associated with other positions). Typical duties that might be assigned to the Member-at-Large:

July
Assume the office of Member-at-Large.

October
Attend Town Meeting.

January
Attend Spring Conference planning meeting.

April/May
Attend Spring Conference.

August
Attend the meeting of incoming and outgoing Executive Board members.
