Nominations accepted in the early spring each year

Nominations now accepted until the deadline on March 2, 2012. The winner will be announced at the WSASEA Spring Conference at Rainbow Lodge, May 21-23!

Administrators or supervisors at member institutions can nominate outstanding student employees for the Student Employee of the Year Competition.  The WSASEA Executive Board selects the WSASEA winner.

Important note: This is separate from the regional/national competition. The Western Association of Student Employment Administrators (WASEA) also selects a regional winner from nominees from member schools.  Regional winners compete for the national award, which is presented at the (NSEA) conference each fall.

Schools may nominate their campus winner for both the state (WSASEA) and the regional (WASEA) competitions. This year, in response to member input, the deadline for WSASEA was coordinated with WASEA, so you only have to meet one deadline.

Please be aware, you must submit your nominee separately to WSASEA and WASEA. WSASEA will NOT forward your nomination to any other organization.
